My time as an EMT on a volunteer ambulance was one I will never forget. What a great bunch of people. Caring and concerned about helping others. Unselfish and willing to work nights and weekends. Sometimes on a 24 hours shift! IT'S TIME to just say thanks! Funding for the emergency services needs to be increased so they can be ready and prepared when we need them. I hope the Homeland Security Department is providing the assistance needed. |
