Position Statement:  I support our right to keep and bear arms.

Description of Position: 

I strongly support the right to keep and bear arms. Including high powered rifles. I support the right to defend oneself during an act of aggression. I support our gun manufacturers from frivilous lawsuits. When elected there will not be a stronger advocate of gun rights in the Senate. The Second Amendment is basic to our constitutional rights. If someone is concerned about crimes including guns then I agree. The punishment should be harsh. But, terrorist use many forms to commit murder. Not just guns. And guns do not kill people. People are responsible for their actions. If you blame the gun then the problem is with you. IT'S TIME to elect a Senator that will protect our gun rights. Senator Byrd was graded an F by the NRA. IT'S TIME to elect someone who will stand up for our rights to defend ourselves. I am Zane Lawhorn and I support our right to keep and bear arms.
