Position Statement: I support keeping the traditional family unit whenever possible.

Children need attention. And if they have two loving parents they will most likely get the attention they crave. With one parent it becomes harder. With divorced parents the conflicts and detachments create a more difficult environment. Parents should consider the needs of their children when divorce becomes an issue. Faith helps to hold the family together in hard times. Every family will have difficult times. Having someone else there can make all the difference. |
