Our home phones may be quieter from telemarketers but business-owners are the new target. Unwanted faxes are a nusiance and cost businesses. Everyone pays for it with higher costs of goods. IT'S TIME to regulate fax transmissions and to punish the violaters. Over 96% of businesses in West Virginia are small businesses and cannot afford any extra burden on their revenue. |
