Position Statement:  We should take care of those who are in need.

Description of Position:
This should be a temporary solution to provide time for a long term solution. Random urine testing should be mandatory in order to eligible for benefits. Why should those on public assistance not be required to meet the same requirements of the working public? Co-payments should be required to lower the health care cost. Co-payments should be low enough to reduce the cost of health care without prohibiting anyone from obtaining care. Smoking should be prohibited as it is costly and not conducive to good health.

Please tell me your constructive opinions on this issue. If you disagree with my position, please provide some facts that support your position. I welcome all comments that are provided in a constructive and informative manner.
